Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy

• - The address for Returns and Cardholder correspondence must be specified.
• - A Merchant must provide a credit refund in connection with a Transaction by a Credit Transaction Receipt, not by cash or check. If a Merchant restricts the return of goods or cancellation of services, it must clearly disclose to a Cardholder its return, refund, and cancellation policies, as follows:
• - During the sequence of pages before final checkout, and include a “click to accept” button, checkbox, or other acknowledgment. The disclosure may be a link to a separate page if that link forms part of the “click to accept” acknowledgment and refers to the return, refund, or cancellation policy.
• - Returns policy must contain information about time frames of refunds' processing and refund/cancellation process OR Information about No Refund/No Exchanges/All sales Final.
• - Must be displayed, either: - Sequence of final web pages before checkout - On the checkout screen near the submit button.
