1. How to Book a Boat

Step 1: Search for Your Perfect Boat

Use the search bar to find boats by location, type, or dates. You can apply filters like boat size, amenities, and price range to narrow down options and find the right fit.

Step 2: Select and Review

Click on a boat listing to view detailed information, including photos, amenities, and reviews. Check the availability and pricing to ensure it meets your needs.

Step 3: Choose Your Dates

Select the dates you want to book and confirm availability. Double-check the duration to avoid any conflicts with your schedule.

Step 4: Book Now

Click the Book Now button to proceed. You’ll be directed to the booking confirmation page, where you can review the details one last time before making a payment.

2. Payment Options

Accepted Payment Methods

Arkally offers secure payment options to make booking easy and safe. We accept:

Credit/Debit Cards: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
Online Payment Platforms: Options like PayPal, depending on your region

Secure Transactions

All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway, ensuring that your information is protected.

Payment Timing

Payment is required to confirm your booking. Once payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with booking details.

3. Pricing Details

Transparent Pricing

Each listing displays a price breakdown, including:

Rental Cost: The base rate for the boat rental.
Additional Fees:Certain boats may include extra charges, such as cleaning fees or fuel costs. These will be clearly listed on the booking page.
Taxes and Service Fees:Any applicable taxes and Arkally’s service fee are displayed at checkout.

Deposits and Holds

Some boat rentals may require a security deposit, which will be held on your card and released after the rental if no damages occur.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Each boat listing has its own cancellation policy. Review the policy before booking to understand any cancellation windows, fees, and refund options.

How to Cancel a Booking

To cancel a booking, go to My Bookings in your account, select the reservation, and follow the prompts to cancel.

Refunds

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and the boat owner’s cancellation policy.

5. Managing Your Bookings

View and Manage Reservations

Access your bookings under the My Bookings section. From here, you can view details, modify dates (if allowed), or cancel a reservation if needed.

Communicating with Boat Owners

Once booked, you can message the boat owner directly through Arkally’s messaging system to coordinate details, ask questions, and ensure a smooth rental experience.
